1. Definitions

1.1 "k1ga", "we", "us", or "our" refers to k1ga and the operator of the platform accessible at k1ga.org.

1.2 "Platform" means the k1ga website, all associated sub-pages, and any digital services offered through k1ga.org, including the live casino, slots library, sportsbook, and cashier functions.

1.3 "Player", "you", or "your" means any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the k1ga Platform.

1.4 "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the k1ga Platform.

1.5 "Funds" means any balance held in a Player's k1ga Account, whether deposited by the Player or credited as a bonus.

1.6 "Bonus Funds" means funds credited to an Account as part of a promotional offer, subject to separate wagering requirements.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The k1ga Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. k1ga reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time and to close any Account found to belong to a minor, with all balances forfeited.

2.2 One Account Per Player. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the k1ga Platform. Registering multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

2.3 Accurate Information. You must provide true, accurate, and complete information at registration and keep that information current. k1ga will rely on the details you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and communications.

2.4 KYC Verification. k1ga is required to verify the identity of Players before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid government-issued identity document (such as a CNIC or passport) upon request. Failure to complete verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending compliance.

2.5 Jurisdiction Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the k1ga Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction. k1ga does not provide legal advice and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific location, including Pakistan. By using the Platform, you confirm you are acting in compliance with all applicable local laws.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k1ga Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party.

3.2 k1ga will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

3.3 You must notify k1ga immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach.

3.4 k1ga reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its discretion if it suspects fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Methods. k1ga accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may be updated from time to time at k1ga's discretion.

4.2 Minimum Amounts. The minimum deposit via JazzCash or Easypaisa is Rs 200. Minimum bank transfer deposits are Rs 1,000. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. These limits may be adjusted without prior notice.

4.3 Processing Times. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are processed on the same business day where possible. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 30 minutes to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–2 business days.

4.4 Player Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that lawfully belong to you. Deposits made from third-party accounts will be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.5 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where operationally feasible. k1ga reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.

4.6 Currency. All balances, deposits, and withdrawals on k1ga are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 k1ga may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional benefits to Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the bonus terms for each offer.

5.3 k1ga reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully satisfied.

5.4 Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, wagering on prohibited game types to clear requirements, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotions, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in Account suspension.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

6.1 All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the k1ga Platform use independently certified random number generation engines. Game outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by k1ga or any Player.

6.2 Live casino games are operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments using physical equipment. The outcome of each round is determined by the physical dealing or spinning of certified equipment.

6.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, k1ga reserves the right to void affected bets and return stake amounts to the Players concerned. k1ga will not be liable for paying out any winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning game session.

6.4 Sports betting odds are set by k1ga at its discretion. k1ga reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following conduct on the k1ga Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with any game or the Platform interface;
• Colluding with other Players in any game where such collusion would constitute cheating;
• Attempting to exploit software errors, vulnerabilities, or unintended game mechanics;
• Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable law, including money laundering or fraud;
• Providing false identity or payment information during registration or KYC;
• Registering an Account on behalf of a third party;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is specifically prohibited by law and where k1ga does not hold an applicable licence for that territory.

7.1 Violation of any of the above will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be reported to appropriate authorities where legally required.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 k1ga is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players on its Platform. Gambling is intended as entertainment and must not be treated as a source of income or a mechanism for resolving financial difficulties.

8.2 k1ga provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within every Player Account: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); session time limits; loss limits; cooling-off periods; and permanent self-exclusion.

8.3 Self-Exclusion. A Player who requests self-exclusion will be excluded from the k1ga Platform for the requested period. During self-exclusion, k1ga will make reasonable efforts to prevent new account registrations by the excluded Player. Remaining balances are withdrawable at the time of self-exclusion request.

8.5 Age Restriction. The k1ga Platform is for players aged 18 and above only. This is a firm and non-negotiable requirement. Players confirm they are 18 or older upon registration and this representation is relied upon by k1ga.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, k1ga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

9.2 k1ga's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9.3 k1ga does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from interruption. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside k1ga's control may result in temporary unavailability.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the k1ga Platform, including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, text, trademarks, and the k1ga brand name and logo, is the intellectual property of k1ga or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation from k1ga.

11. Privacy & Data

11.1 k1ga collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge and agree to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

11.2 k1ga will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory authorities as required for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

12. Amendments

12.1 k1ga reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amended terms will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of amended terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Where amendments are material, k1ga will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email to their registered address prior to the amendments taking effect.

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations under which k1ga operates. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies under the applicable governing framework.

13.2 Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory provisions of the law of your place of residence.
